FY2026 Call for Proposals
Partner with Us to Build Healthier Black Communities
As Black physicians and healthcare professionals, we know our communities carry the weight of preventable illnesses, unmet needs, and systemic inequities. But we also know the power of culturally grounded outreach, trusted partnerships, and grassroots leadership.
That’s why the Black Physicians & Healthcare Network (BPHN) is launching our FY2026 Call for Proposals—a funding opportunity for community-based organizations that are ready to deliver bold, impactful health education and outreach to Black residents across Montgomery County.
We are seeking proposals from organizations committed to improving health literacy, breaking barriers to care,
and promoting wellness in a way that reflects the lived realities of our people.
Submission deadline: May 28, 2025
Funding available: Up to $75,000 per project
Let’s advance health equity—together.
