The Black Physicians & Healthcare Network (BPHN) Providers are a multi-disciplined, multi-specialty group of physicians & health care providers. Our mission is to improve the overall health of the Black people in Montgomery County, MD.


Receive Healthcare Services

If you are a qualifying Montgomery County resident and in need of health and medical services, our initiative will connect you with a culturally-specific healthcare provider. Effective immediately, BPHN Providers will be accepting co-pay for fee-for-service payments directly from patients. If you are uninsured, a Referral Specialist will work with you to assist in acquiring insurance and connect you with a provider who accepts your coverage.
